Dies da ricarica ZEM eseguito su torni CNC di ultima generazione con tolleranze centesimali, interamente realizzati in acciaio AISI 303 risultano praticamente eterni grazie all'elevata durezza, inoltre per mantenere un’eccellente concentricità, i dies non vengono trattati termicamente dopo la lavorazione.
La parte superiore del Dies presenta una filettatura che permette di poter settare la lunghezza della cartuccia finita in base al tipo di palla che verrà alloggiata nel bossolo, e bloccarne la distanza con il controdado, inoltre una piccola vite di ritegno M4 blocca la ghiera di regolazione che permette di posizionare all'altezza desiderata il dies sulla pressa.
La filettatura esterna del dies permette di montarlo su qualsiasi pressa in commercio sia progressiva che monostazione.
