TPM reloading dies are machined on high-performance CNC lathes.
The bodies are made of steel treated with Chrome Molybdenum to guarantee very high hardness. To maintain excellent concentricity, the dies are not heat treated after machining.
This set of 2 tools consists of a full die and a ball setter
The Full recalibrator with bushings acts on the body and shoulder of the case as well as on the neck via the bushing, a defusing needle is used to remove the primer.
The ball setter is equipped with a 1 mm pitch threaded cap with ten engraved points. This device allows very precise adjustment of the insertion of the ball.
The defusing rods can be equipped with an expander (optional).
Warning ! Bushing not included.
Small reminder on choosing your bushing.
Measures the diameter of the neck of a cartridge complete with mounted ball.
Subtract 0.002 to 0.003 from this inch value and you will get the value of the bushing to use.
For example, neck diameter with mounted bullet 8.53 mm (divided by 25.4 to get it in inches), or 0.336.
At this value, we remove 0.003
0.336 – 0.003 = 0.333. The bushing to use is 0.333.
