TPM Dies are machined on high performance CNC lathes.
The bodies are made of Chrome Molybdenum treated steel ensuring very high hardness.
To maintain excellent concentricity, the dies are not heat treated after machining.
This set of 3 tools consists of a body die, a neck die and a ball die.
The die body acts on the body and shoulder of the case.
The die neck recalibrates the neck of the case via a bushing (bushing).
A de-priming needle allows you to remove the primer.
The ball die is equipped with a 1 mm threaded nut with engraved numbering
This device allows for very precise adjustment of
ball penetration.
The disconnection rods can be equipped with an expander (optional).
Bushings not included (Bushing)
A quick reminder about bushing selection.
Measure the neck diameter of your case with a bullet inserted (bullet mounted).
Subtract 0.002 to 0.003 from this inch value and you will get the value of the bushing to use.
For example, collar diameter with mounted bullet 8.53 mm divided by 25.4 to get it in inches or 0.336.
From this value we subtract 0.003 or 0.336 – 0.003 = 0.333.
The bushing to use is 0.333.
